Error: 'Not authorised to use Westminster'

If you are seeing this screen when trying to access Westminster it means the username on your Defence Gateway account does not match the username on your Westminster record.


This may be because:


  • Your Defence Gateway user account has expired due to inactivity
  • You have created a second Defence Gateway account instead of upgrading your account (subsequent to a change in service number)


Please raise a ticket for support.
