What do I need to register for a Defence Gateway account?
- Service number/ Westminster pnumber
- An email address that hasn't already been used on another Defence Gateway account
- For your details to be feeding through from JPA, Westminster or another system (such as the RAF system, or Civil Service)
If you already have a Defence Gateway account, it is possibly you should use your existing account rather than register for a new account.

I'm having trouble registering
Your date of birth, first name, surname and Pnumber entered into the registration form must exactly match these details in Westminster and JPA (if you have been added to JPA).
Ask your County/ JMC Administrator to check that your details are correct in Westminster and the JPA system.
