I am not receiving the Defence Gateway One Time Passcode email

If you are not receiving the One Time Passcode email when logging into Defence Gateway (or resetting your login details), please try the following:


1. Add the email address below to your email safe senders/ contacts list:


noreply@armymail.mod.uk


This will ensure that the OTP emails are sent to the correct address. 


2. Reset your recovery email


If you are still not receiving the OTP email please contact the Helpdesk to request a reset.
