If you are not receiving the One Time Passcode email when logging into Defence Gateway (or resetting your login details), please try the following:
1. Add the email address below to your email safe senders/ contacts list:
noreply@armymail.mod.uk
2. Reset your recovery email. This will ensure that the OTP emails are sent to the correct address.
If you are still not receiving the OTP email please contact the Helpdesk to request a reset.
