The Responsible for Information (RFI) course is the primary qualification required for Westminster access. If yours has expired, you will need to recomplete the e-learning to regain access to Westminster.

As long as you use the same service number on DLE as you have on Westminster, your result will be bulk uploaded by the Helpdesk.
You do not need to send your certificate to your administrator or the Helpdesk. However we do recommend that you save the certificate, as this can be used to evidence your completion if the result does not correctly upload to your record.
The course will not appear on your Westminster record immediately; the upload occurs once every working day. Please allow at least 24 hours for this process to complete.
You will see a reminder in Westminster 30 days before your qualification expires.
