On the Defence Gateway, you may see a 'Failed ReCaptcha' error message when registering for a new account or when resetting your password.
This may happen if the forms are submitted very quickly. You may be able to resolve the error by retrying the form and pausing for a few seconds before hitting submit.
The error may also be related to your network. Trying on a different device/ network may resolve the error.
If the error persists when resetting passwords, please contact the Service Desk. They will reset your account and trigger a password reset for you.
