Administrators can now apply an Appointment Status against each appointment recorded against both Adult and Cadet records.
There is an Appointment Statuses user guide in the Knowledge base with information on how to use the appointment statuses in Westminster. This guide is accessible to any CFAVs and support staff who have registered for a Helpdesk account.
Further guidance will be issued each by your service Headquarters around when and how this should be adopted, including any required processes or timelines.
