From June 1st 2026, the Cadet Digital Services ticketing system for ACF, CCF and VCC personnel is transitioning away from the current platform hosted on the Defence Gateway to a new support portal.
The new portal can be found at https://helpdesk.cadetnet.mod.uk
All support requests and enquiries should now be raised by using:
1. The 'Submit a support ticket' link in the in-app support widgets in Westminster, Cadet Portal and MyCadet
2. The Submit a ticket link on the support portal
