About the Helpdesk

The Cadet Digital Services Helpdesk provides support for adult volunteers, cadets, and support staff in the Army Cadet Force (ACF), Combined Cadet Force (CCF) and Volunteer Cadet Corps (VCC).

Which applications does the Helpdesk support?


Cadet Digital Services own the following applications and can provide full support to users:


  • Westminster
  • Cadet Portal
  • MyCadet
  • Joiner Portal



Cadet Digital Services do not own the applications below; however as there is crossover between these applications and the Cadet Digital applications listed above, support and signposting can still be provided by the Helpdesk:


  • Defence Gateway
  • Defence Learning Environment (DLE)
  • Armymail/ Cadetmail
  • Campbell/ MyDrive
  • MySeries applications
  • Defence Connect



The Helpdesk does not offer support to Sea Cadet Corps personnel. If you are in the Sea Cadets please contact your District Westminster Officer for support instead.
