Using the Service Desk & Knowledgebase

We have a range of support and guidance routes available:


Knowledge base
The Knowledge base has guidance for cadets, parents, new joiners, adult volunteers and support staff, including support with registering and logging into our applications.

Registered users will see additional guides tailored to their role.
In-app support
If you are logged into Cadet Portal,  MyCadet or Westminster you can view a selection of guides via our in-app Help widgets, and raise a ticket from the app if necessary
Raise a ticket
If you still have questions, cadets, parents, new joiners, adult volunteers and support staff can raise tickets for Service Desk support.
